Bonuses - General Terms

This summary restates the main rules on the operator's published general bonus-terms page. A promotion's specific conditions can add to or replace these general rules.

Eligibility and activation

Bonus availability depends on the player, country, account and promotion. Unless a particular offer states otherwise, only one bonus is permitted for a person and connected identifiers such as an email address, device or IP address. Free bonuses must be activated and used within the periods stated for the offer.

Wagering requirements

Bonus funds and qualifying deposits may need to be wagered a specified number of times before related winnings become withdrawable. Games can contribute at different rates, and some games or bet types may not contribute at all. The conditions shown for the individual promotion determine the applicable requirement.

Maximum bets and winnings

The published rules apply a maximum stake while a bonus is active and allow winnings to be cancelled when that limit is exceeded. Certain bonus categories also have maximum cash-out amounts. Amounts and currency equivalents must be checked in the current promotion rules for the player's account.

Restricted play

Bonus play must not be structured to guarantee a return, postpone a feature until cash play, exploit game mechanics, use opposite bets or otherwise avoid the intended wagering risk. The operator may review play and remove a bonus or associated winnings where it identifies prohibited activity.

Balance and cancellation

A bonus may be cancelled automatically when the active bonus balance falls to the threshold stated in the general terms. Cancelling or losing a bonus can also remove the related bonus balance and any winnings that remain subject to its conditions.

Verification and withdrawal

Identity verification and, for some no-deposit offers, a qualifying deposit are required before a withdrawal can be processed. The operator may review individual cases and withhold or cancel bonus winnings when the published general or promotion-specific conditions have not been met.
